1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StartKitz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

StartKitz is an AI-powered tool that analyzes app and product URLs to generate marketing content including social media posts, launch copy, video scripts, and rendered videos. The Service is offered on a per-report basis with one-time payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Payments

All paid plans are one-time purchases charged per marketing kit report. Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

All sales are final. Refunds are granted only in cases where the Service fails to generate your kit due to a technical error on our end. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Use of generated content

You own the marketing content generated for your projects. You may use, edit, publish, and distribute it however you wish. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with any platform rules where you post it.

StartKitz makes no guarantee that generated content will achieve specific marketing results, engagement, or conversions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Generate marketing materials for products that are illegal or fraudulent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content is generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing before use. Generated competitor analysis is based on publicly available information inferred by AI and should be independently verified. Videos are simple text-overlay MP4 files and are not AI-generated cinematic content.

8. Limitation of liability

StartKitz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
