  • URLs you submit: The product and app URLs you paste into the tool for analysis.
  • Account information: If you sign in via Replit Auth, we receive your Replit username and user ID.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics data.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Analyze your product URL and generate your marketing kit
  • Process payments and fulfill your purchase
  • Provide access to generated reports and content
  • Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI generation
  • Respond to support requests

3. AI processing

StartKitz uses OpenAI's API to analyze URLs and generate marketing content. The content of the URLs you submit and the generated output may be processed by OpenAI's systems in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not intentionally submit personal information to AI models beyond what is necessary to generate your kit.

4. Data retention

Generated reports and marketing kits are stored in our database associated with your session. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Anonymous analysis data (URL analyses without account linking) may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies to maintain your login state and remember your generated reports. We may use analytics services to understand how users interact with the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • OpenAI: AI content generation
  • Replit: Authentication and hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
